Holistic Harmony – Booking, Cancellation & Session Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

At Holistic Harmony, I understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may need to change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur a charge.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session fee.
Repeated late cancellations may result in the requirement for full payment in advance for future bookings.

This policy is in place to respect both your time and mine, and to ensure appointment availability for other clients

2. Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided prior notice, this will be classed as a missed appointment (no-show).

Missed appointments will be charged at the full session fee.
If payment has not already been made, an invoice will be issued and payable within 7 days.
Future bookings may require full payment in advance.

3. Lateness Policy

I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your session, whether in-person or online.

If you arrive late, the session may still need to finish at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients.
The full session fee will still apply, even if the session is shortened due to late arrival.
If you are more than 15 minutes late and I have not heard from you, the session may be considered a missed appointment.

If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible so I can advise you accordingly.

4. Right to Refuse or Discontinue a Session

Holistic Harmony is committed to providing a safe, respectful and supportive environment for all clients.

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a session if it is deemed appropriate to do so. This may include (but is not limited to) situations where:

A client is under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs
There is abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour
The session environment is not safe or suitable
It becomes clear that the therapy is not appropriate for the client’s needs
I believe continuing the session may not be in the client’s best interest

If a session is ended early for these reasons, the full session fee may still apply.

Where appropriate, I will always aim to handle such situations with professionalism, care and respect.

5. Agreement to Policy

By booking a session with Holistic Harmony, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Booking, Cancellation and Session Policy.
